If you have signed a UPWP Global Event NDA previously, the terms of that document will be extended to this event.
If you haven’t signed one yet, you should have also received an email requesting for you to complete the legal NDA prior to the event. We kindly ask you to sign and return it no later than 6th
March.
The Event will be subject to the Participants’ Guardrails for 2023 Unilever Partner with Purpose Global Summit and Awards Ceremony (“Guardrails”). Please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the document. You can access and review the document by clicking here.
By registering and entering this platform you are agreeing to:
a) keep all Unilever Group Company (“UGC”) Confidential Information strictly confidential, and
b) not to use any UGC Confidential Information for any purpose other than the for the purposes of the Event and any further commercial discussions between the Parties or their Affiliates arising therefrom, and
c) not to disclose any UGC Confidential Information to any person, other officers and employees of your Company, except to the extent it is necessary for the Purpose, and
d) the Guardrails and wish to participate in the Partners with Purpose event described above.
If you register for our event, we will collect personal data including your name and email address. We may also collect personal data during the event such as your feedback. We will delete any personal data we collect 2 months after the event.
